---When Will My Order be Sent & Arrive---
If you like to know the "estimated time" your item will be delivered please follow the steps below:
- First, keep in mind our postcode from where the item is sent. Most order are sent from our Warehouse in Ryde which is 2112
- Then click here to go to Australia Post Delivery Times and put the postcode 2112 where it says From... and put your postcode in the box next to To...
- The next question down the line is What which should already be set on Parcel/Satchel as well as
- When which you can leave as it is.
- Then Just press Estimate
Most orders are sent out within 24 to 48 hours.
Please keep in mind that Australia post doesn't operate during the weekends and all public holidays.

Our return policy is very flexible, we only want to keep our customers as happy as possible.
We will accept any returns as long as they are in the same condition as it was sent for up to 30 days. If their is a good reason, we may even extend that time even longer.
---Want to Exchange the size?
Of coarse we will exchange any size you would like. Please just send it to John. S at 10 Samuel st, Ryde, N.S.W, 2112 with a note just saying your name and what size you would like with a prepaid satchel for it to be sent back.
---My Item has a Fault on it?
This is very rare occurance, since we check all our items before they're packaged and sent away but if the item does have a fault when received, we will of coarse exchange the item for a new one and pay for the postage to us as well as the postage back, however due to a few occurances we had with these claims in the past, we would like to deter fraudulant claims by indicating that we have a team of staff that has been in the retail industry for well over a decade and know everything their is to know about these products and materials. So only genuine claims of faulty items please..
